Surface of gasket has to be flat. Please take a look at our gasket. gaps are minimized and very smooth even at welded corner. Also, magnet in our gasket is made at our factory too. It enables us to develop magnet with desired magnetic power as specified by customers.

Master craftsmanship that makes difficult welding possible

Gasket refrigerator is first extruded from extruding machine. Then its edges are cut 45 degree. After magnet strips are inserted in each of 4 sides, they are welded to shape rectangle door gasket. Welding is the most difficult process which cannot be automated, but our experienced operators very quickly weld 4 corners. Once assembly is done, finished goods are supplied to our customers
